From an article in the Washington Post: November 11, 2015. Police in Prince George’s County said they are ruling the death of a 24-year-old man a homicide.
The man’s body was found near Seat Pleasant Drive and 71st Avenue in Seat Pleasant, Maryland, in September. Authorities said the cause of death was trauma to the upper body. The remains were later identified as those of Donta Simms, 24, of District Heights, Maryland.

I noticed this memorial while scouting another potential shrine site nearby. It is in a small park, and appears to have been maintained for some time. I wish his family and friends peace.
